I was finally approved after 5 long months of waiting (including an appeal) What I didn’t know is you are charged as you wait to be approved for your meds. I think it should be explained more clearly what the patient is paying for.

Although I couldn't get what I needed this time, I was a patient for 4 years where they helped me with meds that I couldn't afford that really helped.
