This company is a fraud… says money back guarantee, I called few days before my plan expired, they said I’m too early, than I tried again few days after, they said I’m to late, I tried studying using prep agent twice & no luck, now I have to call my bank to file a claim to get my money back

All these practice test did was confuse me, I have used Aceable Agent, and Test.com and I have made 80+ on the practice test consistently, but when I can to this course I was being asked stuff not even in my courses. Either that be the fault of Aceable or PrepAgent and with the current reviews I am leaning towards Prepagent.

This was a terrible course. I was not happy with it at all. Also the 100% money back is very misleading on the site. I used it for 4 practice tests and they were all the same. And the videos you can't play at, a faster speed and also do not cover all of the topics. I do not recommend this at all.

My recent experience with the 3 hour crash course offered for a fee by Prep Agent left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite the lengthy duration, the course barely covered 5-6 topics, which I found to be of little to no benefit. Frankly, I believe I could have gained the same information by watching their YouTube postings. The lack of depth and substance in the content left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. To make matters worse, despite my dissatisfaction, they refused to issue a refund. Overall, a highly disappointing experience that I would not recommend to others.

Overall poor experience with Prep Agent. Was led to believe these 45 hours of courses would apply to the pre-req exam work but in fact it does not. It's just practice work you can find online for free. Complete waste of time and money and I feel misled. Customer service did not stand behind their product and offered no concessions.

I passed my real Estate license on the first time! The way the information is delivered is perfect. I learned so much through PrepAgent. It was so helpful for me to pass on my Real Estate exam!

This is a COMPLETE waste of time. I studied every page and found things on the exam that aren't even mentioned in their study guide. There were several very important topics that are left out that make up a majority of the exam questions. Don't waste your time or money and just go for something reliable and well recognized. I had to put in double the work and hourd.

I wish I had found these guys before I signed up for classes somewhere else. I found PrepAgents content and the manner it was presented to be WAY more relatable and easier to understand. If you’re looking for a program to study for your exam look no further. I highly recommend these guys!
