Misleading . 1. 3 months is not enough time for a working professional to study for the broker exam. They are offering a low rice because they know you will have to buy more time. Every other program offers 12 months access. 2. My program once I paid- was not tailored according to the requirements of the CA Dre based on my previous agent education . Should have read the reviews prior to wasting my money

Don't waste your time.
Signed up for an online math crash course. The instructor clearly didn't know what he was doing. He was not listed in the directory as being an instructor, and I'm guessing he was a last minute fill in. Several people abandoned the class once they realized they were wasting their time. I made it half way through and couldn't take anymore.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PREP AGENT
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PREP AGENT - The questions are not similar to the actual exam. Also, there is a reason they only offer a 5-day refund policy! I've taken dozens of their practice questions and have already studied from other platforms, and these practice questions are definitely not similar to the ones on the exam. I'd stay far away from prep agent and go with CompuCram. They give you 180 days of access and your money back if you don't pass the exam the first time. Also the customer service with Prep Agent is terrible, they don't care about their customers.

I didn't like the experience with the practice tests. On Facebook and Instagram they create good content. Many things to improve.

Worse customer service I experienced
Worse customer service I experienced! I signed up several times each time the longest option of three month and when I had a request they wrote back it takes more then a week of studying and added some study tips which wasn’t personal but just a copy and paste responding to every email. That’s not an acceptable costumer service and I’m shocked and disappointed by there bad service. I won’t sign up again!

Certainly not what I expected
Certainly not what I expected. I felt totally prepared to take the National exam. I consistently scored well on the practice exams and felt confident going into the test. I couldn't have been more wrong. It seemed like everything on the actual exam was NOT part of anything I had seen or practiced. The webinars weren't worth the time. You're paid to teach not make friends in the chat section. The state I am now licensed in required math on the exam. I did the math my way and came up with the answers versus the methods they teach. Arithmetic was crucial on my exam and could put you at a disadvantage immediately. I could keep going. "Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." Expect this ! Caveat Emptor....

Excellent resource for all learning types
I did not use Prepagent for my coursework but found them after when I was looking for help to study. It was GREAT! I'm very visual, so the videos and analogies they had were great. The practice tests were also great because they explained the right or wrong answers.
I took the NYS salespersons test this week and passed the first time in NY. In addition to reading the textbook from my coursework, I watched all of Prepagent's Youtube videos, many times over, and used the resources in the way that they recommended. The state test did have more detailed info in some areas than I found in the materials here, and in some cases, it was ruling out, but in other cases, the fact that I understood the CONCEPT allowed me to choose the correct responses.
I highly recommend this program, as it really has options for all learning styles. Still, you do need to study for this test. I studied for approx 2 months on almost a daily basis (combination of reading, youtube videos, prepagent practice tests and other resources from their site).
