Misleading . 1. 3 months is not enough time for a working professional to study for the broker exam. They are offering a low rice because they know you will have to buy more time. Every other program offers 12 months access. 2. My program once I paid- was not tailored according to the requirements of the CA Dre based on my previous agent education . Should have read the reviews prior to wasting my money

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PREP AGENT - The questions are not similar to the actual exam. Also, there is a reason they only offer a 5-day refund policy! I've taken dozens of their practice questions and have already studied from other platforms, and these practice questions are definitely not similar to the ones on the exam. I'd stay far away from prep agent and go with CompuCram. They give you 180 days of access and your money back if you don't pass the exam the first time. Also the customer service with Prep Agent is terrible, they don't care about their customers.

Worse customer service I experienced! I signed up several times each time the longest option of three month and when I had a request they wrote back it takes more then a week of studying and added some study tips which wasn’t personal but just a copy and paste responding to every email. That’s not an acceptable costumer service and I’m shocked and disappointed by there bad service. I won’t sign up again!

Certainly not what I expected. I felt totally prepared to take the National exam. I consistently scored well on the practice exams and felt confident going into the test. I couldn't have been more wrong. It seemed like everything on the actual exam was NOT part of anything I had seen or practiced. The webinars weren't worth the time. You're paid to teach not make friends in the chat section. The state I am now licensed in required math on the exam. I did the math my way and came up with the answers versus the methods they teach. Arithmetic was crucial on my exam and could put you at a disadvantage immediately. I could keep going. "Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." Expect this ! Caveat Emptor....

Piece of Trash of a company. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD

This company is a fraud… says money back guarantee, I called few days before my plan expired, they said I’m too early, than I tried again few days after, they said I’m to late, I tried studying using prep agent twice & no luck, now I have to call my bank to file a claim to get my money back

All these practice test did was confuse me, I have used Aceable Agent, and Test.com and I have made 80+ on the practice test consistently, but when I can to this course I was being asked stuff not even in my courses. Either that be the fault of Aceable or PrepAgent and with the current reviews I am leaning towards Prepagent.

This was a terrible course. I was not happy with it at all. Also the 100% money back is very misleading on the site. I used it for 4 practice tests and they were all the same. And the videos you can't play at, a faster speed and also do not cover all of the topics. I do not recommend this at all.
