This Sauna went together easily and we used right away. It heats up to temperature in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied with it.

They had very quick and responsive customer service. I intentionally called on a holiday weekend and they were the only distributor I could find with a live agent to speak to - not to mention a very knowledgeable one. Upon receiving the sauna - I had a question and their team was immediately available via phone and the same person could also see an email I had sent. Excellent service.

The team at Premium Saunas was incredibly helpful during the purchasing process and helped educate me on various technical topics. After ordering our sauna, it arrived on time, complete and with zero issues out of the box. Assembly was very straightforward for 2 people and we have begun to enjoy the sauna. It's early days, but we couldn't be happier after our first week with the sauna in place! Thank you Premium Saunas!!
