So far so good. The sauna kit was delivered carefully and appears just as described. Haven't set it up yet, so we'll see, but I imagine it will be great. Customer service was very responsive.

Premium Sauna's service, courtesy have been excellent. It took quite a while to get the sauna because of the backlog in production, not premium saunas fault. The delivery of the sauna which is not under their control, was excellent except for the Portland local transport company. It took intervention by Premium Sauna's, Daniel, to get it out of Portland and delivered.
