Premium SaunasReviews of premiumsaunas.com

I ordered a heater for a custom sauna that I am building. The personal service that I received was exceptional. I asked a few questions, and everyone was friendly and professional. They did some research to see if the specific model that I ordered was compatible with the controller that I wanted. I spoke and texted with actual humans who seemed as vested in it as I was. I’m not one to write reviews, but ordering from here just felt right! Plus, it was the best price I could find and it came with free shipping. Everything arrived quickly, as expected, and in great shape.

I had a great experience and my roommates were able to put the sound together with no problem. We absolutely love it.

The best customer service I have experienced. Extremely knowledgeable, and answer all my questions. Extremely responsive and I highly recommend ordering from them.

Juan was an excellent help, and went above and beyond to do the best he could to help me. Much appreciated

Great experience from start to finish!

The assembly was rewarding, everything fit and no missing pieces. I would recommend a better Manuel book or a YouTube connection link on the book.

The unit came so well packaged. It was beautiful and easy to assemble. I love my sauna. It heats up quickly. I have thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Started with the customer services during the shopping portion. Instant answers to questions from someone who knows the product.
