Really wonderful customer service
Really wonderful customer service, excellent packing of my stove so arrived in perfect condition, FAST delivery. But honestly the company responsiveness to my every question was top notch!!

Im genuinely impressed with David
Im genuinely impressed with David, Daniel and Juan who helped me choosing the right heater for my sauna, gave me a great price but most importantly assisted me in setting it up and deal with some structural issues I had with my sauna bought elsewhere. We went back and forth with the manufacturer’s tech support until we figured it out. The were cordial, helpful, caring and knowledgeable every step of the way. They provided the type of customer service one can only dream about. I’m forever Greatful and will recommend this company to anyone who wants to build saunas.

So far so good and as I’m typing this the delivery driver is here!!!!! I only ordered this 9 days ago and it’s here in its entirety….. Amazing. Customer service and sales have been brilliant with a special shout out to David and Carlos whom educated me and helped me throughout the whole purchase process… they also gave me a cheeky little discount to close the deal…. 🙏 A+++
