Got my stove with in a week

After ordering with another company and then having the order canceled with no explanation, we went with Premium Saunas. Customer service was awesome and delivery was smooth. Very happy.

Great company and communication. Delivery was on time and delivery driver was great. Each box was packaged very well and arrived undamaged. It's definitely a two person install, but was really quite easy. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Premium Saunas delivered! I had a great experience selecting my sauna and heater package from Premium Saunas. The information provided on the website offered all of the details and specifications of the sauna (SaunaLife CL4G) and heater (Harvia Kip 60W Xenio package, great recommendation!) that allowed me to make the decision. Customer support helped me out with putting the order in, which was very helpful. They were extremely responsive at a busy time (Black Friday) and communication was direct and clear. Answered all of my questions. The sauna and heater were delivered rapidly. Tracking information was provided and it was easy to understand the shipment process. Sauna and heater were taken off the truck and put in my desired location in my driveway -- very easy process!
