When adding item to cart, it advertised Free Shipping. On completion of the order, there was $50 shipping. They very quickly canceled the order for me. Great resolution to my issue.

I ordered a red light pod which was out of stock. It took two months to arrive, but each of my emails was responded to promptly and I was given accurate information. The pod arrived when they said it would and I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. Thank you for great customer service!

I gotta say we were skeptical about buying a hot tub online, but we did and Premium Saunas went way beyond our expectations....Shipping was timely and went smoothly, the directions to un-crate and set up were clear...when I had a few questions about use, they got back to me in hours, even on Sunday...The responses were professional and informed....I did stump them in the end and they got me in touch with the manufacturer who was very helpful as well....we are very happy with our purchase and a lot it has to do with the customer service at Premium saunas
