Great experience with agent

I'm an older person and was going to attend a funeral nearby. I was very confused on how to use the parking lot kiosk instructions and became very anxious. I called Premium Parking and spoke with a woman named Kimberly. She was very polite, professional, kind and very informative regarding my dilemma. She calmed my anxiety and gave me complete instructions on how to use the system. She was truly an angel at my time of being anxious. Thank you Kimberly! ❤

Alex was so helpful. Admiral Enforcement put a boot on my car after 10 hrs but I paid 24 hrs. I called premium parking 3x i got Alex twice he went above and beyond to assist me. The one other time a woman answered her response was a more “oh well” type. I’m so thankful I reached Alex, he did his work properly following guidelines but also made it personal so I didn’t feel like I was speaking to a machine. This company gets 5 stars because of Alex, even tho the 3rd party (Admiral Enforcement) sucked and needs to be educated on common sense and seemed to just want money when it was their mistake.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the receptionist on two separate occasions at Premium Parking located in 601 Poydras St, New Orleans. Her name is Kimberly. On both occasions, she took the time to explain what I needed to do to rectify my situation. She was extremely nice and very pleasant. She is the type of person you want your customers to get their impression of your company from.

I had a small issue with the app. Customer service was very fast and effective. Very easy to use the system. Nice clean and safe garages.

Cynthia made a life saving move for me today! She was able to swap the license plates on my parking receipt. We had taken a different vehicle, than we initially had on our parking and were I danger of getting towed. She was able to swap them and save us.
