Quick and efficient service from Kimberly!

I love these parking stations, they are convenient and affordable! And most of the time they have open parking spaces. I would totally recommend them.

What made my experience great was customer service. Cynthia Alagao, she was honest and very helpful.

I made a call to Premium Parking to contest a parking fee, I did not change the vehicle license plate number when paying for the parking, Kimberly was a great help and led me through the process and gave me the needed information to be able to contest this fine. Kimberly was so helpful. We received a registered envelope that was a ticket. I was texting eith Ms Kimberly and somehow we got disconnected. But before I knew it my phone was ringing and it was her. I would have never knew all what she discovered. We some how had 2 accounts. She fixed that and had the amount credited to our wallet and it would go to our year bill. Then she realized that the tag on the ticket wasn't even on our account. She went over the tags on our account and none of them matched what were the tags on our trailers. So what I realized we had received new tags for out trailers. Ms Kimberly got that all straightened out also. So was so patient and sweet to me. I would have never figured this out until we got another ticket, but she took care of it all. So no more tickets and she also told me to try to get the ticket waived because we forgot about the new tag. Thank you again for all your help.

I called in today to ask a parking ticket which Anne was very helpful and guided me through a dispute . My baby started crying and she was patient with me and offered to send me an email with all the information so I can attend my baby.
