Ashea was great and very helpful

Ryne was incredibly helpful and considerate.

The situation gets 1 star but the customer service rep Micah D. gets 10 stars. We reserved in advance. Today, when we arrived, it was filled to capacity and we could not get a parking even though we reserved in advance. I promptly cancelled all reservations but the refund went to then Premium parking wallet. Calling customer care, I was helped by Micah D, who listened and made me feel like a priority. She helped me receive my refund back to my original card and I am Happy. Micah is a gem and deserves praise and all of the money for her amazing service!

Ryne was an absolute rockstar. He walked us through what needed to be done gave us realistic expectations but was able to get the situation resolved without a few hours. He followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied. Ryne’s customer service was outstanding and made what could have been a difficult situation stress free.

Needed a receipt for work accounting and thought it would be difficult to obtain but went to the online assistance and thought it would be automated but it was actually a live person who obtained my receipts from 2 months prior quickly. I appreciated the costumer service.

Had an issue as I didn't see the signs for payment in advance. Received a citation with penalty. Called Premium Parking. Spoke with Sharmaine. She helped me set up my account for future use of the parking garage and ease of payment. She was wonderful. Great deposition and excellent customer service. I filed an appeal. Ilene's if I don't get a reprieve, it's OK. Glad I was able to speak with Sharmaine. She was excellent
