God awful predatory
Predatory. Do not bother paying (please Reddit this). They work with effectivearbitration.com (EA) aka enforcementassociates.com who sends you an email to “arbitrate” the decision. You deposit money assuming this money is the money for the ticket that will be sent to Premium Parking if lost or returned if won. 5 months later, you lose, the “deposit” is now an “adjudication fee” and EA withdraws even more money for the ticket. (I paid $50 to adjudicate a $50 ticket?) EA withdrew $140 in total for a $50 ticket. Just sick-minded. Premium Parking will say they don't know who Effective Arbitration is, and they never received the money. I had to get my money back through a claim with the bank. Just don't bother paying them at all. EDIT: What kind of irresponsible company works with a 3rd party they "cannot control"? The deposit never states that its a fee, the deposit should be used for the ticket itself. DO NOT PAY.

We understand your concerns. Per FL state law, a 3rd party arbitrator service must be provided to you to have a non-biased review of your parking invoice. The deposit you paid to EA states that if you lose your revew of the dispute, you also lose your deposit. We do not dictate or have any control of this 3rd party service.
