Cynthia was very helpful and professional

The representative I had, Cynthia, was delightful, spoke clearly, was patient when I had to run around finding information and glasses. She answered a couple questions several times, so I understood completely they were clear. What I needed to do went smoothly and quickly, thanks to Cynthia.

I parked for an hour paid, when i got back to my spot another vehicle had parked several inches into my spot making it impossible for me to open my door and leave. i immediately called into premium parking and talked to an agent named, Divine, they stuck with me for a full hour and tried several times to contact the driver. They filed a ticket for me and stayed with me until the person returned. Thank you, Divine for going above and beyond today. It was a stressful situation but you helped me out a ton!
