Response to My experience with La Quinta Inn &…
My experience with La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham and Premium Parking On July 4th, 2025, I trusted the valet service at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in New Orleans with my vehicle- Lexus GX during my trip to the city for Essence Fest. While grooving to the amazing vibes of GloRilla, I received a call from Valet Parking informing me that my car had significant windshield and surrounding damage while in their care. When I returned, my vehicle (a) had suffered significant windshield and surrounding damage. I am so disappointed in both La Quinta Inn and Premium Parking for their lack of accountability. Despite recognizing my vehicle was significantly damaged while in their care, both parties have repeatedly refused to take full responsibility for ensuring the damage is fully addressed. I’m sharing this to warn future customers and to encourage accountability. If you plan to use valet here, please be aware. Follow-up Response. Dear Premium Parking Management. Your disengenious response is exactly my point. I never any way communicated that I had no additional concerns. In fact I considered the initial repair one step in several of acknowledging your responsibility for the incident and ensuring it is fully address. Your company's policy of not coverning diminished value of vhicles that accured while in your care is clear demonstration of your lack of service to customer who trust their vehicle in your car. The state of Louisiana recognizes diminished value and compensable loss, particularly when a third party is at fault. My point of warning potential customers is that you have not resolved this matter neither fairly or transparently. In fact, your lack of ownership has created more unnecessary stress and suffering. I just ask that you amend your current policy and take full ownership and responsibility of vehicle damages that accured while in your care.

We’re sorry for the stress this situation caused during your trip. As soon as we were made aware of the damage to your vehicle, we took full responsibility and promptly paid $6,397.45 for the repairs and reimbursed $160.15 for your rental car. You signed a release form after receiving both payments and left with no concerns. We understand your frustration regarding diminished value, but as stated in our repair policy provided on July 21, 2025, we do not cover diminished value claims. We stand by the actions taken to resolve this matter fairly and transparently.
