I've enjoyed the ease of using this service to park in the OK state parks. I'm sad that it is no longer being used, but I still wanted to express my appreciation for their great customer service.

The customer service representative was able to quickly look up my violation, and confirm for me that it had been voided. Then when we became disconnected due to some technical issue, she made sure to call me back to make sure that all was good.

I worked with Kimberly to resolve an issue with my parking. I was able to explain why I was late getting back and the entire team treated me fairly. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
