I called Premium Parking for help with a car that was parked in our reserved space. I spoke with Anne and explained the situation. She was very helpful in being able to contact the car owner and have them move their vehicle. She was professional, understanding and proactive in helping me. She is a terrific representative for Premium Parking!

Micah was so helpful with my experience. He was so helpful, professional and gave me the information I needed. He went over and beyond to help.

I had an issue with payment that I was not aware of and my car was booted. spoke with DJ and it was removed in 15 minutes and also received a call back to help explain to me how I could file the dispute online and explain my situation...after the payment and boot was removed.... very helpful and caring... definitely a positive person to have as a rep in the company and want to make sure that it doesn't go unnoticed... thank you

Noel (like Christmas) got me feeling like it's Christmas time again when he helped me dispute a parking ticket I received in Seattle, which I paid by the way, the same night. Noel, my boy, was enthusiastic, down to earth, very helpful, and respectful, even though I was stressing tf out about this ticket. You're the best, Noel Like Christmas! Godbless you!
