Premium Mortgage was very helpful during the entire process

From the time I met with the mortgage broker until the hand-off of my loan to a mortgage servicing company, I felt that I was in good hands. The staff I worked with always told me what was happening, for example when I started to work with the mortgage processor I knew my loan was going to someone else and I received the name and contact information. I had also shopped around on grates and found that Premium's were the best I found. I wish more organizations followed the customer service practices of Premium Mortgage.

Her processor, Tracy, was equally wonderful and any questions I had were promptly answered.
