We can't believe how easy the entire process was with Premium Mortgage. We were dreading going through this again, the first time through our bank was so stressful and confusing. With much stricter guidelines to follow this time around we were expecting the worst. Our Realtor recommended John Fronczak at Premium Mortgage and from the first phone call through our closing he was amazing to work with! John and his team were so helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. We never even had to go into the office, we were able to do everything through e-mail and phone which was so great given our crazy work schedules.
