I would not hesitate to work with Premium Mortgage again if need be or to recommend them to anyone else. When we found our house we were told that by our realtor and others that it would be cutting it close to be able to get a mortgage approved and ready to close within the same time frame as our current house had for an expected closing date. Not only did they make the time frame we had happen, they got everything done a week in advance and ahead of the Clear to close on the house we're selling. Sitting down to sign paperwork for a mortgage can be a frightening experience, but Sayuko made it an absolute pleasure. Sayuko and Rebecca were great to work with and were always very helpful when ever I had any questions and would almost always call ahead of any e-mail correspondence just to let me know what was going on and give me the next steps.
