Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

The team was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

I am a first time home buyer, and had many questions about the process along the way. I worked with Jackie Ruotsi who provided so much helpful information and made the process as painless as possible. I received quick responses anytime I had a question. I'd refer Premium to anyone.

Sayuko Oishi was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thanks! We love our new home :)

Our experience with Premium Mortgage was outstanding. First class customer service. Very professional staff! Donna Maxwell is the best!!!

I have gone through the mortgage process at least 4 or 5 times over the past 20 years - either buying, selling or refinancing. The process is pretty much the same. It is very important for me to have periodic updates on the status of my loan/closing. Some places do not do this, and you are left wondering what is going on. With Premium mortgage, I was updated usually the day I asked for any information. At most it was the next day. They have excellent communication within their own group and as well with the customer. That is very important! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Great experience, will recommend to everyone.
