Premium was so good to us during out process. Tim Collins, along with Justin Zimmerman helped us out so much, and really kept us up to date on the what we needed. My only complaint with the entire process would be how long it took for the Underwriter to get things in place.

I went into the house buying process being braced for the worst. Premium Mortgage made the process quite easy and without any hiccups. They did a great job. I only give 4 stars as I found the atmosphere, more to the point; the attire, of a few employees at Premium to be a bit unprofessional. It seemed that a few folks were outfitted for an evening of clubbing than projecting an image of professionalism.

Communication was proactive and thorough throughout, and the Premium Mortgage staff was very professional. My only complaint was that there were several items which sufficed for our mortgage application, only to find out later that such items were not acceptable, resulting in a lot of re-reporting and lengthy delays. In the end, it seemed like they were asking me to use verification techniques that they wouldn't use or accept. And, when I say they, I mean the underwriter. Front line staffers were all super.

They gave us a quick tentative approval which helped us get an offer finalized On a house we really needed to buy. In getting final approval it seemed like some requests were repeated and phone messages I left were not returned but it all worked .

Although process was often a challenge, the staff was always courteous and polite.

People were very good and professional to deal with. Communications could be improved

I had a good experience, but was promised a gift card if I got a quote from this company. They never sent me one. Everything else was good though. No real issues, they helped with all the documents I needed to close on my house. I would've like to seen better follow though on commitments.
