When I had decided to buy my first home I was told to be ready to be overwhelmed. I was so lucky to have Emma Kennedy there for me once I found my perfect home. She never made it seem like I asked a "dumb question" and was extremely patient with my never-ending questions. I honestly felt like she never stopped working and was available at any hour of the day. She connected me with people she trusted and gave me several options to find the right fit for me for insurance. Could not have been more pleased with the service and customer support I received from Premium Mortgage. Team of Jerry Frate and Kim Evert were on top of their game throughout the whole process. While other buyers in this 3 house contignent deal struggled with their bank approval process, we never had an issue. They kept ahead of me at all times telling what I needed to provide and never let the ball drop. If they told you that something was scheduled or was needed on a particular date, they met the commitment. I would highly recommend using Premium Mortgage to anyone.

Beginning the Mortgage Pre-Approval/Approval Process is quite intimidating however working with Premium Mortgage made the process as smooth as it can be and lessened any type of intimidation someone may feel. The customer service was 5 star. Communication between the company and myself was clear, consistent, honest and thoughtful. They literally walk you though each step of the process to keep you "in the know." We could not have asked to work with better, more knowledgeable people than Darlene Williams and Jane Zimmerman. jerry frate was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable ! the only concern we have is notification of temporary coupon. we received a notice from someone by the name of Andrew Walsh about a payment that was due feb 1 the title was "Andrew Walsh" nothing about premium mortgage until you opened it. Our point is if I hadn't opened it we would have never known the importance of, even worst was if we hadn't gotten our internet connected we would have never gotten this. Furthermore our internet was shut off for over a month so you can imagine how many e-mails were in the queque . I just happened to go thru the e-mail and was curious to know who Andrew walsh was and why he was e-mailing me. we received one notice by snail mail from wells fargo that a payment was due march 1 st, luckily I happened to see the e-mail from Andrew otherwise we would have been is arrears right off the bat.

I have now closed two loans with Premium and through both transactions their team has been able to answer all of my questions accurately and has been very responsive. In short, they are a great team to work with, especially when dealing with one of the biggest decisions of your life.

My experience with Premium Mortgage was terrific, once again; this was the second home I purchased and used them both times! I highly recommend them. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The process was smooth and systematic. I felt they had my best interest at heart and the added touch was a tag with my new address for my dog!
