Phyllis Harberer is by far the best loan officer I could have asked for. From the day I met her in person I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and making this experience as smooth as possible. Begining to end she was always there and on top of everything. I never felt like I was alone through the process and her confidence always left me feeling at ease. Rebecca was also great, very prompt, and quick with everything. Neither of them have ever left me waiting around for answers and are very professional and organized... I could go on and on. Thank you so much!
