I have been in Real Estate sales and been in the top 10% of all Realtors in the greater Rochester area for the last 20 + years. I have worked with many Mortgage companies & representatives/brokers. I can tell you that no matter who you are or what you are buying Premium Mortgage Reps always get back to you timely and don't make you jump through unnecessary hoops to get the deal closed! I refer them on a regular basis.

When using premium you don't have to chase or worry; you know when you hand the client to your chosen loan officer that your clients needs will be handled. The in-house underwriting saves time and phone calls! One stop shopping coupled with premium service - what more could an agent want?!
