The woman who handled the paperwork and documents was extremely difficult to work with. She asked for the same things multiple times, didn't read the emails I sent her and asked questions I'd answered or didn't answer questions I'd ask. She repeatedly asked for the same things from me several times, and claimed I never sent her things I had sent multiple times. It was quite a bit of a headache and she did give much attention to detail at all.
