Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

I wanted to say thank you so much Sayuko Oishi for your great customer service, Sayuko was always responsive and answered any questions I had even if it was after hours. Sayuko handled my mortgage in a timely manner, as I had little time to close on my house. Sayuko assured me she could get me a mortgage and followed through with everything she said she would initially do. I am honored to have worked with Sayuko and Rebecca. Thank you so much for giving me my dream of owning my first home. 🏡 I can’t thank Premium mortgage team enough!

I was not an easy client. Thay were great with me

This was our first home purchase and Premium Mortgage helped us every step of the way! They made sure we had documentation, payments and information as soon as possible to make everything go smoothly. I had many questions along the way and our representative always made herself available to answer. Excellent service, I would recommend Premium to anyone buying a home in WNY.

great service-Cheryl is a joy to work with-clients love her and premium is spot on for everything from application-actually pre-qual to close

Both Chris and Michelle at Premium were tremendous. From their industry and documentation knowledge to their prompt responses to my constant questions, I couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend Chris, Michelle and Premium Mortgage. Thank you both!

I work with many mortgage companies but Premium Mortgage outshines them all! Every deal I have ever had has had a successful closing. All transactions are drama-free. You have built an excellent team! Jackie Ruotsi is a rockstar!
