All worked out well. Was fast and efficient. Lots of paperwork but that's probably more about the mortgage industry than Premier. Overall I would tell others to use them.

Jeanie and Courtney were absolutely amazing to work with. They were patient with all of my questions and on the ball with getting things done. I would give them 5 stars, for sure. There were only two issues keeping Premium Mortgage from 5 stars: 1) The upload interface could be better. There is nothing that shows what has already been uploaded, and it was difficult to keep track of all of the documents as I was uploading multiple at a time. 2) I'm not sure what happened with the lawyer at closing, but the fact that there was a miscommunication at some juncture that almost jeopardized closing was concerning.

Relatively good communication and speed. Did not have any issues through to closing.

They were easy to work with. Sometimes the process is quite complicated and they were able to answer most of my questions.
