I thought the initial experience with Karen Haberer was generic and not personable. I was just another account and because my mortgage was not going to be a large or profitable one that I was rushed through the process. After the paperwork got started, I was passed off to Courtney Mattice who did her best to help me out and keep me informed of the progress along with what she needed to move forward with the mortgage approval. The reason I contacted Premium Mortgage was that my realtor recommended them. I know other friends that are in this business and looking back, I wish that I had gone with their company.

The woman I had to work with through the underwriting was very rude and has a ton of sass. Other than her, the company was very nice and professional.

The person I originally spoke with was great! She was extremely knowledgable and explained things in a way I was able to understand. However, when my loan went to underwriting things changed. The person appeared to screen her phone calls which made it nearly impossible to get a hold of her. I found this very unprofessional and frustrating. In addition, Premium required a great deal of information that most banks don't require.

I had an overall good experience, but it was quite frustrating at times. I feel that the person who processed the mortgage didn't communicate effectively. I was asked to sign documents immediately that weren't sent. I was given the wrong documents at times, etc. It made the process more stressful and confusing than it needed to be.

My first time, but I got "passed around" to several people, all of whom delayed the buying process by misspelling my name and hence my email address. They sent my documents to someone else. I'd like to see a simpler system and better communication.

I felt the time frame at which documents were dealt with were on the slow side and I do not feel that a couple of employees were on the ball. There were multiple mistakes made, and yes I understand we are all human, but at least 5 mistakes is really unacceptable when it comes to purchasing a home. I'm really not impressed with Premium and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Very little support. Amy went to pageants when we needed her help. Danielle was unfriendly and not overly willing to help. No one found any sort of urgency in the process and we're in no way client centered. There seems t9 be very little communication there, as no one had any answers to questions transcending their position.

The two girls that guided me through this loan were wonderful and had Lots of patience. the loan took 6 months that was very stressful. The unknown underwriter I felt wanted my blood type next. Too much paper work going back and forth, signatures not clear or lost. Glad its over, my paperwork is about 5 inches tall.
