When we started with them it was great and once we signed to lock in our rate, it went down hill from there. Our mortgage person never returned our calls and if they did it was days later. The person we did have contact with could never answer our questions and always said someone would get back to us, never did. Documents that we gave them were lost had to go back and resend. At closing all our papers where wrong and to wait for an hour to have them corrected before we closed. Just poor customer service.

Worst experience of any transactions ever. Will NEVER recommend or use again. Terrible agent.

I think premium mortgage only charged a premium fee. We waste our vacation day because the schedule closing date changes and no one even bother to give us a call. I just don't understand how a well known company will have such poor service

Do not use this company. They got the purchase price wrong 3 times on contract.

I did end up using Premium Mortgage and DO NOT RECOMMEND. By the time I realized what kind of company I was dealing with I was too far along in the mortgage process to stop using them and wanted to purchase my house so had no choice to continue. The staff is looking for the sale- that is all they care about. PLEASE CONSIDER WISELY and choose another company.

This company does not value confidentiality, and ironically also doesn't value feedback regarding this lack of confidentiality.
