I'm very happy with the service Premium Mortgage has provided and assisted throughout my condo purchase. I will recommend it to my friends.

Working with Joel Mahakian and his team of assistants and underwriters made our mortgage process quite painless. Thank you Joel and team!

They were amazing to work for our first mortgage! Communication was fantastic throughout the process with Jeanie and Courtney. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you.

TJ, Emma, and the whole Premium Mortgage crew were phenomenal. A++ experience from start to finish.

Patti Shed was fantastic to work with! I really appreciated her efficiency, organization and attention to detail all while keeping an up-beat attitude and friendly demeanor! During a process that was riddled with uncertainties and stress it was wonderful to know that I could count on her not to lead me astray. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Patti!
