Everything about this experience has been great. I initially selected Premium Mortgage because they were more flexible and understanding of my situation than other lenders that I had talked to. Throughout the process, their method of keeping track of required documents, submissions, signatures, and whatever else they needed was very easy. The staff I worked with was always very responsive and provided answers when I needed them. Overall they just made the whole process as clear as possible, and I appreciate their efforts.
