Tim is a seasoned professional and his 20+ years of experience in the industry is a great bonus in to gauge customers' needs. I called Tim, after getting a disappointed from my Bank at the last moment. He came over the same day to my office to meet in person and we discussed my urgent need to close ASAP as my current apartment lease was ending. He said, he can close in 3 weeks per my request and would try to even do better with the interest rate too. He absolutely delivered more than what he promised - closed in less than 3 weeks and got the best deal. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much Tim and Premium Mortgage Buffalo team.
