They helped alot but the repeatedly asking for the same thing was aggravation.

I had a great experience working with Premium Mortgage until the day of closing. The loan officer, Julie S., and Mortgage Processor, Theresa P., from the Williamsville office did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the process and kept everything moving so we could close in 60 days. Both explained things very well and were always available when needed. Only hiccup was on the day of closing, unbeknownst to Julie and Theresa, bridge loan paperwork and funds were not properly transferred by other parties within Premium which delayed filing and caused a few inconveniences for all parties involved. Overall, even with closing day issues, I would definitely suggest Premium Mortgage to others.

This was my first time buying a home and I was unaware of a lot of things. But with premium they helped me figure out what needed to be done and what needed to be signed when. Even in this crazy market they made sure to get the process done as fast as possible, which got me into my new home faster. I would recommend this team to anyone!

Overall our experience with Premium was very good. Our loan officer, Sayuko, was absolutely amazing. She was prompt at answering emails, and went so far as to call or email me later in the evening and on Saturdays if I had concerns. We had a few snags during the underwriting phase that I believe could have been avoided if the communication with our mortgage processor was a bit better, but overall I am very happy with the service I received.

Matt Secor and his team from Liverpool,N.Y. and the Rochester,N.Y. office made everything as easy as possible,we set a record for the longest mortgage process;as I'm sure Matt must have written a book about by now.They are all wonderful people and very accomodating as far as making appointments to accommodate your schedule.

Premium mortgage provided us with the most competitive mortgage rate and were able to complete our mortgage in just over one month (from application to close). Sales team was excellent and extremely responsive. Our contact for the next step/underwriting was not as responsive and we found ourselves contacting our sales rep frequently to have our questions answered. Our overall experience was positive and we would recommend to others in the area.

Overall good experience. A few points for improvement: 1) System to upload documents did not allow visibility to what was uploaded and seemed antiquated. 2) Fax'd sensitive information to the fax number using the provided cover page which was never found and caused duplication of effort on my end. 3) Better to have a information sheet in the beginning of the mortgage process, walking through steps and time frame and a list of possible information required to level set expectations.
