I believe communication between satellite offices tend to suffer regarding keeping the client informed and receiving information in a timely manner. Additionally, duplicate requests happened on several occasions. I believe the company would benefit by providing clients a detailed list of documents and forms that will or may be required. We are grateful, however, for the efforts of the gentleman from the local office. i got the impression he really cared about how we felt and our experience generally.

The application process was convoluted at best and it seemed that there were too many requests for the same items from different sources. I felt that communication skills were greatly lacking on their part. Often, it was assumed that I knew what all the acronyms stood for and these were tossed around like salad, therefore confusing me even more. For the most part, people were friendly and polite, but, if the old adage of too many cooks could be applied here, it definitely would fit, causing much frustration on my part. Overall, a very stressful experience.

Rickey and I were new to applying for a mortgage. Phyllis Haberer was very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Our application went from her to Tina Burke where the process got more stressful (perhaps not Tina's fault) and it was beginning to feel like information was being requested that had no bearing on the application. Nevertheless, I would recommend Premium Mortgage to others looking for a mortgage.

Just ok. We stayed the cash we wanted to put down do decrease monthly payments. Ultimately, the equity in our sale was way underestimated and lot less was required at closing than what we initially stated we wanted to put down.

I find it unacceptable that if my client ( or my buyers agents client ) has all the necessary paperwork in long before the commitment is due no one reviews it until VERY shortly before the due date. Clients who believe that everything is in order are surprised and more then a little annoyed when they have to scramble to clear up an issue that could have been addressed weeks earlier. I have questioned this and been told that the buyers are placed in a que based on the commitment date in the contract and there is nothing that can or will be done about it. It had cost you folks more then a few deals from my team.

Premium Mortgage provides friendly but spotty service. I don't know what the norm is in this field, but we had multiple delays that seemed quite preventable. I had to send one of my forms 3 or 4 different times, a processor failed to send needed paperwork so we got stalled in the process over a holiday weekend, and I was asked to sign an obsolete form, which I pointed out had the wrong numbers but the sender didn't correct for several business days. All this left us trying to close the week of Christmas which of course became a convenient excuse to cite with each delay. Not too impressed.

I felt that this was extremely impersonal. I would have appreciated a phone call once in a while instead of ONLY e-mail. Such a huge purchase and major part of your life. It just would have been nice to be handled with a little more personal customer service.

Everyone I worked with was very kind but I really needed to make sure that I was reviewing all pieces of information as there were some mistakes and miscommunications along the way. I also felt a bit like a small fish in a big pond with my lack of response and/or the duration on responses.
