We will NEVER use Premium Mortgage again! They would never return our calls, emails, or texts. Our mortgage guy Dylan Randall even blew us off and didn't even show up to the appointment we had scheduled with him. We had the WORST experience with this company and you couldn't even pay me to use them again next time we purchase a house. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. It will save you a lot of tears and stress!!!!

There was a lot of disconnect of communication between the broker, the underwriter, the attorney. During a stressful time, being given information that conflicts with a team of players was even more stressful. I would have used another bank had I known the issues that would have arisen.

Try another mortgage company if you value time & money
I closed after 12 weeks & they switched my loan when I pressed for a commitment. Cost over 9k+ more than expected. Go somewhere else.

Overall we had a very disappointing experience with Premium Mortgage. Our first representative, Julie Wilde, was extremely poor at communicating with us, going one point 2 full weeks without returning multiple phone calls and emails. Then she left the company without notice. Honestly I don't know what happened, but I would not feel bad if she were fired.
I feel like we got a very poor interest rate, after we were promised "we will call you frequently when the rate goes down" We were allowed one switch if the rate went down, I'm sure it did between the time we locked in and when we closed but Premium was never interested in working with us once we signed up.
In hindsight, the whole concept of selling our loan to another bank after closing proves we weren't getting a good deal. I would never use a third party like this again, and would instead deal directly with a bank. By the time we realized we should switch, we were too far into the process to back out.
I would NEVER use Premium again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Dealing with the Williamsville office …
Dealing with the Williamsville office was the worst experience I have had financing a house IN MY LIFE. There were several e mails sent unsecured to companies not involved in the process. I had to continually call to get updates, most if not all communications were initiated by me. I will not recommend Premium Mortgage to anyone.

One star is one too many...
Where to begin. First we started off with Laurie (if I could rate her individually, she would be a 5 out of 5 through and through), however we were then handed off to a processor Michelle. We get our initial email, that states nowhere in it that we cannot electronically sign our documents, which we did because we don't have easy access to a printer, or fax, or scanner and we didn't want to print pages upon pages of paper we will just have to shred anyway. So we sign everything, only to find out at the end of it, they either need us to print and sign or they can send us the docs via DocuSign...we are in MN...where was that option in the beginning? And all this time we are having the worst communication from Michelle...so we are reaching out to Laurie, even though her piece is technically done! Day of closing and we receive our documents...wouldn't you know it, they are wrong! They showed us residing in MI not MN...we had been in contact with the VP as well, who stated she would call us back, and never did. When we brought it to her attention that we did not get a return call, her response was "I didn't want to bother you with another call as I know you have been dealing with this all day"...uh, but you told us you would call us back, setting the expectation we are getting a call, so we are already prepared for an additional call. Just overall the worst customer service we have ever had. We have closed two loans with Quicken directly and never once had to wonder if they would call us back when they said they would, or that our docs would have the wrong state, or that we would have to resign everything cause they didn't accept are signature...oh and the kicker of this whole experience? They actually had to ask me if my husband was real!!! I handle all the finances in our home and so I was the main point of contact...are you kidding me?! They require him to write a letter telling them they can discuss all loan info with me, and he had to send it from his personal email...Would not wish working with them on my worst enemy...or maybe I would?

Not the best service
I had to deal with a clerk and go back and forth so many times that I almost walked away from the deal.

Will never use Premium Mortgage again.
We found Jerry to be a very nice person who was willing to meet on a weekend due to my work schedule. That was the best part of the transaction. Moving forward with the transaction both him and Kim kept continually asking for the same info like they had never received it causing me to be running around to the bank and missing work. They were just too lazy to go back through my paperwork and look. It was easier to ask me for it again as they needed it. My realtor was as frustrated as we were. Kim just didn't want to listen to us. I once even told them I would go someplace else for a mortgage. They were not my only option. They ended up slowing the process up by about 2 weeks which cost me another thousand dollars to my landlord for rent. This is not my first house purchase but it was by far the most unpleasant buying process I have ever been through. I will never use Premium again and I will advise anyone I know who is in the process never to use them. A bank would have been better.
