Sayuko Oishi and Rebecca App were WONDERFUL to work with during what can be such a stressful process. Sayuko actually spent a considerable amount of time coaching me for months prior to my home purchase. She helped me with SO many things in order to qualify for my dream home. Sayuko also went above and beyond by answering questions about the home buying process; ones that had nothing to do with the mortgage.
