The PFC Fitness Camp is a life changing experience- the staff is amazing- so positive and encouraging. The food is excellent - I couldn't imagine healthy food being that delicious. And the comaraderie amongst the other campers was inspiring. The location at La Costa Resort is beautiful in and of itself- I come back every year for a tune up!

The time I spent at PFC was one of the greatest experiences of my life. The staff was incredible, so kind, fun, supportive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious!!!!! And the resort and accommodations were awesome. There is such a great variety in workouts from the beach to the mountains. Everyday has something new to offer in beautiful San Diego. You get a chance to have some personal time with the chef who teaches you great recipes and cooking techniques that are very valuable when you go home. The knowledge you walk away with is very enlightening. I’ve been twice now and would love to try and make it a yearly trip! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I would definitely recommend PFC!!!

My 13 year old daughter Nicolette and I went to Premier Fitness Camp for a week and it changed our lives. We changed our eating habits, how we shopped for our food and exercise habits. It was a hard week... but we loved it and really enjoyed the people! They ROCKED!

The Camp is second to none. Very well versed in the world of heath and education coupled with caring leadership is a can't miss opportunity. Doesn't hurt it's located in a world class facility in a beautiful part of the county. Bottom line, if you're looking for a full service experience that embraces all spheres of health, physical, mental, and nutritional, balanced together with tools you can integrate into an everyday lifestyle, this can do it. Long term lifestyle satisfaction and happiness appears to be the goal, a goal they accomplish. Hats off to people who work to improve the lives of others.Won't find better.
