The staff was top notch. They are knowledgeable, encouraging and I feel like they really care about each of the guests. The program that was tailored to me was challenging but they gave me all the tools to complete it. I feel better than I have in years and would certainly recommend this place to anyone asking. And by the way, the grounds and facilities are gorgeous.

My experience with PFC can't be overstated. The training (physical and behavioral) were fantastic and the gourmet, nutritious meals and instruction by Chef Jason were consistently amazing. However, the X-factor that had greatest impact on me was the genuine love and concern for me that each staff member exhibited. PFC is top-shelf in every aspect!

Each staff member genuinely cares about me and that started with the first phone conversation. The support is incredible which makes for an environment that I can thrive in. Thanks PFC!

PFC is the most organized, best run camp with the best coaches I could hope for. They really understand health and fitness and make certain their clients understand health and fitness as well.

I needed a push to get me back on track. I only stayed at PFC for a week and wish I have stayed longer. I felt the program was well thought out and what I was looking for. The staff was wonderful and surroundings beautiful. Yes I did lose weight but more importantly maintained a healthy lifestyle. I am down a total of 23 lbs and work out 5 days a week. Thank you PFC!

Amazing experience! Nothing you can explain in words, I got more out of this program than just fitness. The staff and food were exceptional and the location was very relaxing. Can’t wait to go back next time. It simply changed my life.
