PFC is truly the best fitness camp for a life changing experience. They focus on all aspects needed for success through their THINK, EAT, MOVE program. The workouts, food, and lectures are empowering and the bonds you form with the staff and felllow campers is beyond wonderful!

I had such a great experience all the way around. The staff, the workouts, redicovering food... it was exactly what I needed to reboot and start my journey. I've maintained connection with campers and staff and am down 81lbs 1.5 years later! 100% recommend!!

An exceptional and life forming experience. I spent 4 weeks at Premier Fitness Camp, mid-June to mid-July of 2018. The trainers are world class people first along with being world class trainers. I was nervous to start, not sure what to expect. I was afraid I would be expected to know the gym and fitness culture but that wasn’t the case. They met me where I was. They encouraged me every step along the way. They cared for me no matter how fast (or slow) I was and no matter how winded I was. I will never forget them for how they walked with me when others ran until, I could also run. They pushed with me and lifted with me and pulled with me. When I could only do one rep or two they were there until I could do many more than I would ever have imagined. When I arrived, I was afraid of being injured, of being looked at for how out of shape I was. But only a day or two in those fears began to vanish. I never ever thought I would look so forward to interval training. Or that I could look forward to a boxing work out or to a hike. They made for me the impossible possible and I am in their debt. If you go, go all in. Commit. It’s hard today but leave it all behind while you’re there to commit to a new life and you will be glad you did. It’s been more than 3 months since I left PFC but I still have those great memories and experiences with new friends running through my mind as I exercise or hike or eat. Many have left reviews here. I have miles to go but am still losing weight and inches and feeling better every day thanks to my time at Premier Fitness Camp in Carlsbad.
