I honestly have no words to express how thankful I am that I found PFC. I attended the program two years ago and it changed my life. My cholesterol was high, my weight was high, my body fat was high, and my blood work showed that I was pre-diabetic. After being at the camp for 4 weeks, my numbers drastically changed. I just attended PFC again! It had been two years and I continued to follow their lifestyle recommendations. I have now lost 37 pounds since my visit two years ago. Their philosophy is about lifestyle changes and not “dieting”. I was able to continue on my own and completely change my life. The entire staff is absolutely fantastic and motivating. I mean EVERYONE! From the kitchen staff, the admin staff, the housekeeping department, the trainers and the dietician! Thank you PFC. I will be back every year! JW

This fitness app is very good and mostly better for our fitness work. So the app is very useful for so many of the staffs.
