I owe my life to Premier Fitness Camp. 420 is a symbolic number to many, to me the number is symbolic because it was my weight. Premier Fitness helped me carve it down, way down! They not only taught me how to eat correctly, they provided me with the desire to want to eat correctly. That is what I really needed the most. Eating correctly was 80% of the battle against the dreaded 420 .....which is now 280. I still have a ways to go. But getting to my goal weight is no longer a dream. It is happening. I am so very glad I found Premier Fitness Club. It is the whole package. Not just weight loss but people that genuinely care about you, your progress and accomplishing your goals. I spent 5 weeks at PFC and I completely changed my way of thinking about “diet” and nutrition. I also was encouraged enough to know that I can still do many activities that I was afraid to even attempt again. Even the other campers were so encouraging because everyone is there because they want to achieve a goal. Excellent program, I will be returning!

PFC is the complete package. They address all areas of wellness to make sure we are ready to be successful when we go home. Everyone feels like family.

Premier Fitness camp has everything in it to help you succeed. Counselors, fabulous healthy meals so you don't have to think about food, snacks, outside help if you need it...chiropractor, counseling, lectures during lunch time on different aspects of weight loss...diet, exercise, eating out, things that could be hang-ups when you leave. It is a great program. Classes with the chef, I think it is an awesome program. You don't have to do anything but show up! Karen Root

I have been to PFC a couple of different times with a group of friends. Both times was an incredible experience in every way! The staff is personable and friendly. The food is prepared carefully with top notch ingredients and is so delicious. The trainers are highly qualified to help you meet your goals and the fitness plan has such a wide variety of options. There is something for everyone and all fitness levels. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

PFC is an amazing place! The setting and amenities are ideal, and the staff is top notch! I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to lose weight, maintain weight, or looking for a way to live a healthy lifestyle. Thumbs up!!
