Great methods including physical, mental, emotional remedies and great instruction on food purchasing and prep, and how to keep exercising when you get home. I would totally recommend this program for anyone wanting to change their life for the better!

Most people go to PFC to loose weight but leave realizing that they’ve achieved so much more. Of course you get out of it what you put in, but the opportunity, resources and encouragement are there to positively impact the way you think about health for your body and mind.

I have been trying to get a kickstart for months and then not been successful. After PFC I felt a renewed sense of purpose and energy. I’ve been able to carryover all the things I’ve learned and apply them to my daily life. It was challenging at first, but then transitioned into something that was manageable and applicable in all areas of my life. Happy to say my exercise routine, meal planning and overall food awareness/nutrition have greatly improved! The program is cohesive, far reaching and well balanced.

Wonderful experience and wonderful results. You set your own expectations and they don't. What makes it work well is that everyone work out together which accentuates that everyone is working toward each of his/her own goals. Also, by working out together as a group, people bond with each other thereby creating a very supportive and pleasant group experience. Very experienced trainers who really care!
