Going to PFC Fitness Camp was the best decision I could have made for myself. I am more fit, lighter in weight, and many inches smaller in 3 weeks. I made some good friends and made a plan for my future. A big thanks to all the staff for being so caring and so willing to adjust training to each person's needs. Also, who could possibly complain about San Diego.

The Fitness camp was awesome HOWEVER I had serious issues with the resort and cleanliness. The hotel rooms were equivalent to a Motel 6. So dirty I didn't want to remove my shoes. Also I wish the trainers would remind the campers to wash their hands more. I saw so many people come straight from the gym and go to the food area and touch utensils, salad bar, etc. All the trainers were sick and I even saw the one of the chefs (Andy) sneezing in the kitchen and not washing his hands the last day. He was sniffling and coughing while preparing our food. I am also pescatarian which I indicated on my info sheet before I arrived and I always felt like my meals were an afterthought when I went to get my plate. I gave up one time and just ate what was put in front of me.
