I was a bit skeptical about coming but decided I needed to do something to change my lifestyle. The program is intense but the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The food is very healthy, well portioned and extremely tasty. The intensive workouts are fun and interspersed with opportunities to learn. I will almost certainly return.

My goal for attending PFC was to leave stronger (and hopefully lighter) and prepared to exercise and eat well once I returned home. With the help of all the PFC staff, I attained that goal! I appreciated the kind, caring, and skillful way the personal trainers provided motivation, as well as a variety of options for workouts to meet the needs of all of us. The amazing chefs made meals that were not only nutritious, but they were beautifully plated and tasted delicious, too! The 3 pronged approach of Think, Eat, and Move allows each client to be met wherever they are in their healthy life journey.

I was very happy with my experience at PFC. It exceeded my expectations. The facilities were clean and updated. The staff was conscious of COVID protection procedures. They were also very accommodating for different levels of fitness, health, chronic injury limitations, etc. The attention paid to health as far as mind and body was excellent, as was the educational component. The food was also very good and quite satisfying! They are available for consultation and support even after leaving the program, in order to be sure I am able to maintain the gains I received while there.

I never leave reviews but I have nothing but great things to say about this camp. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities are modern and clean. I book one week because I wanted to know if the cost would be worth it and I have already booked another three weeks. You absolutely get what you pay for and my results were well rounded and fantastic. Highly recommended for someone looking for a challenging environment and lifetime change.

If I can give more than 5 stars, know that I would! I enjoyed every minute of PFC, the members and the staff were phenomenal. I didn’t know what to expect when I booked the program but now I am in tears that I have to leave. Beyond words can explain everyone has such an uplifting character that you forget it’s a fitness camp. It felt like we are one big healthy family! The workouts are fun and the food is magnificent. You not only get training but you’re set with all the material and information you need to depart. It was a short amazing journey for me but this week has made the one the biggest impacts on my life. From the day I called and spoke to Eric about the program I got a positive feeling. After committing to come I got anxious about it thinking I wasn’t in good enough shape to come. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and shown my room. We took a quick tour so I would know where I would be going for activities. From the first day to the last day at camp it was a positive, encouraging environment to everyone. Not only did we have great meals we were educated on how to build our plates for success in eating when we went home. The workouts were not just the same old thing everyday we had a lot of different activities available which opened my eyes to having options for when I get bored or feel stagnant I can change it up. After camp support is huge this was not a one and done they let me know anytime I have questions or struggles to reach out to them. The staff are all helpful and took the time to explain any questions I had. In speaking to other campers I was pleasantly surprised to find out some were returning campers happy with the program. I looked forward to coming again sometime.
