PFC staff does an excellent job! I have come back time and time again because the trainers are helpful and kind, the food is nutritious and satisfying. It’s a great environment to jump start a healthy lifestyle!

I've attended PFC twice now and plan to return. The camp, trainers and staff are top notch. I came expecting a good experience and I left having an amazing experience! The program encompasses all areas of fitness from nutrition talks and planning to the way we think and how to let go of negative thinking that isn't serving us. The food is delicious as well as nutritious and the cooking demos and recipes they provide you are extremely helpful. My favorite part of the program are the workouts. Some of them I love and others I love to hate, but seeing and feeling your body get stronger is the best feeling ever. The trainers always show modifications so people who are starting out on their fitness journey can do the workouts as well as people who are advanced and need more of a challenge. Another positive is the people you meet at camp. You get an opportunity to learn about them and what brought them to camp. It's great to go through a program with people who are also on the road to improve their bodies and minds. If you are on the fence about coming, try it! You really will get out of it what you put into it so be ready to bring your positive attitude, openness to being uncomfortable and laughter.

From our first meeting until our last the staff were extremely professional. They are well educated in fields of nutrition, exercise and overall health and are very passionate about the service they provide to all those attending PFC.

My wife and I attended to jumpstart our current efforts to stay healthy after being locked up during Covid. We had a great experience. Working out was at each individual persons pace and I was able to push myself to the limit as was my wife. I was actually surprised by how tasty the food was considering it was all extremely healthy and balanced. The chefs were all awesome and did a great job. They shared their recipes and nutritional knowledge each day. Katie was awesome. The staff were encouraging as they ran the different exercise sessions. Kudos to Megan, Zach, Greg, and Brian (sorry cant remember a few names). Overall my wife and I both dropped significant weight for a week of effort, But more importantly we are going home with some amazingly healthy recipes and a better understanding of the nutrition we need. We are also motivated to continue working out and putting in the effort. This fitness camp is amazingly effective if you put in the effort and make no excuses for yourself.

10 out of 10! Food was great, staff was great and the facility was great. The overall experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I lost 25 Lbs. in 3 weeks which was incredible. I would recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with food or weight or just needs a mental reset. You will be treated with kindness and compassion but you must be ready to do the work! I also wanted to comment on the improvements I made with my cholesterol. In 3 short weeks I was amazed to see how much I lowered my total cholesterol. I lowered my LDL, raised my HDL and my triglyceride levels are 1/3 of what they were when I started. I never thought that this would be possible so quickly! I truly feel great. Thanks again PFC.

I had a great experience here and would recommend PFC to friends and family. I enjoyed my time and learned so much. I didn’t know what to expect but this went beyond what i thought it would even be. I actually hope to come back again one day soon
