The staff was amazing, the food great and the activities diverse and engaging. Can’t say enough about the trainers - they were all so supportive, encouraging and inspirational. Very happy with my experience.

PFC is life changing and completely exceeded my expectations. The trainers were outstanding in every area, motivation, confidence building, support and great detail on how to perform each exercise. They truly care about you and your success. The team of chefs also give 100 percent to meet your dietary needs and make amazing meals. The lectures from Katie and Paige are very detailed and supportive in helping you continue a successful journey at home. I went in nervous and scared and came out with confidence and the belief that I can do this. My life was changed by this 2 week experience in every way. I cannot wait to return again in July. Take the time to do your work with Paige, get to the root of why you struggle daily with eating and weight gain. She is amazing!

The two weeks I spent at PFC was the best gift I've ever given myself. The entire staff, from the trainers, nutritionist, chefs and therapist go above and beyond to make the experience worthwhile. The time away from family, friends and responsibilities was worth it because I have returned with a sense of accomplishment and a desire to do better with a healthy lifestyle going forward. PFC is THE destination for people who need a reminder of why living a healthy life is the only way to live.

Excellent program. I went for the therapist sessions on eating and information on nutrition more than the workouts or weight loss. At the same time, I ate a lot, lost 13 pounds, and gained muscle as a side benefit. Page and Katie are fantastic, and the coaching staff is dedicated, knowledgeable, and like what they do which is refreshing to say the least. The chefs also did a great job and were willing to help in extenuating circumstances with meals when I wanted to see the sights in the area on the weekends. The only issues I had with the entire visit was the rooms were not 4 or 5 stars as advertised and were truly disappointing. In addition, they do not accept credit card payments without charging the customer the fees associated to using them. Not common for a first class resort for certain.

Everything and more impressive, everyone associated with PFC was top notch. The staff were extremely knowledgeable as well as inspiring.
