Impressive company
I am very impressed with this company. They contacted me after I placed my order to make sure I was ordering the correct product for my needs. After I received the filter there was prompt attention to my calls for assistance in hook up (with a real live person). And best of all I just had a repeat water test and my water is the best quality it could be with no bacteria present. Thank you.

Nice product, terrible instructions
The filter came very quickly, and in good shape. Instructions were awful.....incomplete and wrong. Customer service immediately sent me a new set (also incomplete) with apology. There was no parts list or explanation for the bag of parts and adapters that came with the filter. Customer service was quick to answer questions, but didn't really seem to know the product well. It turns out that it was not hard at all to install, and I like it so far.....only had it 2 weeks.

Hi there, You are absolutely right- those instructions on the ultrafiltration system are terrible and I am so sorry it made for a frustrating and confusing installation! I really appreciated you bringing my attention to how bad they were so that I could redo them (and redo some of our other instructions too). Since your order and our chat a couple weeks ago, we have completely revised the installation instructions to be clearer, accurate, and complete with new diagrams too. Again, I'm incredibly sorry we let you down on the instructions, and that the new instructions have come too late for you to benefit from them. I hope that you continue to enjoy your system - it's a great system itself, and it's a shame the old instructions didn't do it justice. Kind regards, Whitney
