I used the website for the first time and found it simple to navigate. It was a birthday present and arrived the evening before the birthday. Great service. Not the sellers fault but the cost of UPS in the US is getting ridiculous. I am in the UK.

product has not arrived. UPS does no.t recognize the tracking number. I have been home 24/7 waiting

Hello Dale. We have checked the tracking number and it does work on the UPS website. It also shows the package has been delivered within the quoted time frame. We are sorry you are disappointed but we were also available for assistance at any time. We would have appreciated you reaching out with any questions regarding an ETA rather than waiting at home "24/7".

Thank you!! This was the perfect gift and it arrived on time. EDIT: After reading other reviews, I wanted to add that my champagne was delivery by UPS.

Quick and easy. Had a small issue with shipping but it was UPS being nutty and not the company.
